I needed a 12x18 poster scanned and printed larger. Most places can only scan up to 11x17, so I came here.
It cost half what it would have at Kinko's, but it came out with the ink printed in chunky lines instead of solid colors.
The associate didn't offer to have me look at the print when it was done, and to be fair, I didn't ask to look at it closely, either. But I would have rather paid more for better quality.

I came here the week before my wedding frantic to get everything printed for our ceremony. Professional Copy n Print was amazing! They had the best price in town and were so helpful. When I called, they were very responsive in getting me a quote. In shop, the owner explained the difference in paper choices to me, helped me with a sample so that I could double check the layout.
I regret going to chain print stores for my save the dates printing because I’m realizing how much more I could have saved for the same quality and faster speed.
Anyways, everything here was done super quick and beautifully

Artists who need prints made, COME TO THIS SHOP! I have been searching Seattle for months trying to find a printing place that doesn't cost a fortune and doesn't have pretentious belittling men working there who feel the need to mansplain "how it all works" to me when I need fine art prints made.

The customer service here is great, both the staff and the owner. I don't advise trying this but I was once able to print a poster needed for a class presentation 10 minutes before the class itself started. I was panicking but the staff helped me get it done once they realized what a bind I was in! Ideally that poster should have been sent to printing a week in advance, so don't try to do what I did!
I've also bought foam core (suitable for backing 3ft posters on easels) here, and that worked out perfectly.

Rude service when I came in to ask a question about printing the dude was talking on the phone and didnt even answer my question until HE was DONE. There are other print shops on the ave buddy and I have no need to give you my business!
Plus they are scam artists they charged me over $100 for a crappy booklet they just put together for one of my classes at the UW and it was not even that nice. Basically just a punch of plain paper with a cheap plastic spine. You probably wouldnt even pay that much just printed it yourself.
Dont go to RAMs either I swear they have ties or something or are owned

I've never had any major problems printing here, but the customer service is quite awful.
The man behind the counter (the owner, I presume) is consistently rude. He always seems bothered to help his own clients. When I went in this afternoon to print off some documents, there was a problem connecting to the printer, so the guy printed it off himself. He didn't ask what I wanted printed or how I'd like it printed... which seems fairly important (and basic) in his business. He automatically printed everything off single-sided, meaning that I'm left with a pile of papers that
