Services
ESB also performs planning and design services for our building projects; however, this typically is not a service that we offer separately from performing the construction phase. If you already have, or if you would like to use another design contractor, we are happy to work with whoever you choose.
ESB has worked with many architects and engineers to create facilities that are not only cost effective, they are beautiful. Any interior floor plan or exterior appearance can be accomplished with our unique modular building method, no matter whether your goal is to match existing buildings or to create new designs.

Our founding family has roots in Michigan, and those who would become the hardworking owners of ESB moved to Tucson, Arizona in the early 1980s.
We are proud to say that we have between 30-45 honest, hardworking people on our team at ESB depending on our workload. Our leadership team has been with the company 13-30 years, and our "newest" foreman is approaching ten-year tenure. Our people are the lifeblood of our company and we rigorously evaluate potential ESB team members not only for their skill and workmanship, but also for their integrity.

I have lived down the street from this company for 4 years. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Constantly texting while they drive, pulling out in front of people, not using turn signals, the list goes on. It is incredibly unprofessional to keep such unkept unprofessional boys around who can't even respect the neighborhood they work in.
