Dennis has 40 years of experience providing accounting, consulting and tax services. His two college degrees from the University of Idaho involve concentrations in agriculture and accounting. In addition to being a CPA, he has three advanced professional certifications in business valuation and consulting services.

Sue and her staff have done an amazing job for us over the last couple of years. She seamlessly helped us convert my wife’s company from an LLC to a S Corp and guided us through all the filings and reports we need to do on a quarterly and annual basis. Coles Reinstein completed our taxes in 2016 & 2017. We have spent so much additional time, money, and resources fixing their errors, with the help of a competent accounting firm, this year then I care to admit. I am sick to my stomach that we actually recommended this firm to family and friends. DO NOT trust this firm with your hard earned money. Worst business decision we have ever made.

Do not go here to have your taxes done! Sue screwed up our taxes so bad we have been making payments when it turns out the irs should have owed us money. She did not put in the numbers correctly. And after charging us $600 will do nothing about it. We went to somebody else who was able to fix the problem quickly when we brought it up to her she was extremely unprofessional and even went as far as to hang up on my husband's. I would never recommend them to anyone
