They were great when I first started with them a few years ago, but this past year has been horrible. Not really their fault with Grange insurance having issues, but I never got clear answers why one month my bill would be one amount then the next be different. In August my new policy went up quite a bit, so I called and all they could tell me was call the billing center. Like really they couldn’t give me answer on why it went up an extra $20 a month??? So I got my new agent to send out my cancellation papers to change insurance companies a few day after that, but somehow yesterday my bank account
