If I could give saddle ridge a zero star I would, we had so many problems. There are roaches from day one, mold in the bathroom, and living room. Dish washer didn't work, our ceiling leaked 3 different times which made a hole in our ceiling and would ruin everything that we had on our kitchen table/counter. We called the Manger about everything and she was extremely rude, all they do for mold is spray paint over it .... and the roaches came from from other apartments. "What the roach guy said".

HATE!!
This place is HORRIBLE! Evelyn is crazy. She tried to blame stuff on my sister and cousin when they weren't even at the apartment complex. Maintenance is real sketchy. Everything is outdated and ghetto. When we left she charged us $300 on top of our deposits ($1100 with dogs) for "excessive cleaning"? She didn't even tell us what that entailed. When we did pay it she still put it on our credit to make it hard to get another place to live!

This place is HORRIBLE. I can't even name all the things bad about these apartments AND the management. First, when I went to sign my lease the office lady was an hour late. That should have been my first sign. Everything in the apartment was ghetto-rigged. My ceiling in my bathroom would constantly leak. My AC went out when it was 100° and it took them over 24 hours to fix. When they came to "fix" it, the maintenance man left a huge mess of dry wall/paint in my bathroom and wiped his dirty hands on my towels. I made the manager aware of this and she left an envelope on my door

My bf lived here for several years. The maintenance staff would take forever to fix anything and when they did it was ghetto rigged. He would have mice and all kinds of bug crawl into his apt. We even found a big snake that crawled into a hole underneath the dishwasher. His tiled floor was cheaply done and was peeling up. He asked for them to re do it. The vendors showed up at 8 p.m. on a Sunday night. Unable to do the complete job. Never came back. Just over all a dirty place. And not updated. At all.

Don’t move here it’s genuinely the worst place I’ve ever lived in you can find way better apartments for the same price. The management is awful the apartments are completely infested with roaches and trying to schedule pest control is a nightmare. The only positive is that the maintenance guys are nice and the grass is kept cut. I wish I did more research before subjecting myself to this apartment but I was in a rush.
