Welcome to Journey Counseling Center where we believe the journey may be the most healing part in your life. Individual Therapy includes a variety of areas such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, PTSD, grief, abuse, gender identity, and personality disorders. Couples Therapy includes premarital counseling, communication and conflict resolution, separation/divorce, intimacy, and infidelity.
Family Therapy includes improving communication and familial bonds, increasing healthy functioning within the family system, and working with blended families. Journey Counseling Center offers male and female therapists that accept insurance and private pay. We have Licensed Professional Counselors and Candidates pursing licensure, which offer a variety of pay rates.

Services
To become a Licensed Professional Counselor you must have a masters degree in a related field with specific course requirements, along with hundreds of hours of direct individual contact in an internship environment. You must also obtain 3000 hours of supervised time in therapy or counseling.
Some of our counselors are candidates which mean that they have met the education and internship requirements listed above, but are working on their 3000 hours of supervised time.These candidates provide quality service under the supervision of an experienced, licensed clinician. We believe in providing reasonable rates to individuals seeking help.

We work one-on one with clients in a safe, caring, and confidential environment where clients are encouraged to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors. Our therapists are committed to helping clients better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change and behaviors.
