Do not go to this guy for ortho!!!! I have had my braces on for 7 years my work is botched and it have cost me another year of paying out of pocket at another office which I should went from the beginning. I was warned about this office but I didn’t listen. Save your self the headache with this guy and his unprofessional money hungry staff!!!! Only thing I miss is not paying a co-payment because they rigged up the bill!!!

This has been one of the best group of people that I've had a pleasure to meet. The staff in this office are very friendly & professional.
This was my 3rd time getting braces and by far the best. We talked about the time frame I would like to have the braces on for and he completely the job in time..Pricing was the best as well. Carlos and staff, thank you. I will miss all those pretty faces as well.

I have been a patient at Fiallos since I was 18 years old and I haven't had an interest to go anywhere else. Even when I lived in North Miami and Homestead I made sure to make the drive to go to Fiallos in the Gables. I have never been more comfortable with a Dental staff. They really make you feel like family. I also need to point out that Dr. has the best hands. He did a complicated extraction for me of an extra tooth I had and I was terrified. I had never needed any major dental work done before, not even a filling, but this tooth was extra and had to come out so it wouldn't damage my other

(PART 2)I made my appointment for 5:30pm.
As soon as I arrived I had to sign a paper agreeing to allow them to bill my insurance which I thought was odd since I hadn’t even got serviced yet..
She directed me to an empty room and I waited for the doctor to see me. Little did I know his assistant, who speaks no English, was the one who took a look at my teeth. I asked her if they were going to replace the wire i already have in my broken Spanish and she said she had to ask the doctor. I overheard her and the doctor talking in Spanish and after some time the front desk lady, Adriana surely came

I have been coming to Fiallo’s office since I was a child and for the past 17 years I have been coming, I have never had a bad experience. Everybody at the front desk is always sweet and welcoming and ask how me and my family are doing. All of my hygienists that have done my cleanings i’ve always been gentle, engage well and leave great results.

Where to even begin... so a few years back I got my top and bottom braces from Carlos Fiallo. The treatment was around two years and throughout those two years, Dr. Fiallo had a bad habit of having his assistant work on my treatment rather than him present himself and work on my teeth himself which I did not like as his assistant barely spoke two words of English and well I wasn’t very fluent in Spanish. Dr. Carlos Fiallo has been my dentist for over 15 years. He has corrected my teeth and it has given me such pride when I smile. Anytime I visit this office, Dr. Fiallo and his staff have always been respectful, pleasant, and caring. I have never experienced any pain while having my mouth worked on. Let me just start by saying that if I could put zero stars I absolutely would. I've genuinely never in my life encountered a more unprofessional staff. To say that that the quality of service and attention given to me abysmal would be doing it a justice. The demeanor and manners of the staff resembles a lounge rather than a professional orthodontic office. I'm not sure if the people working there realize they are at work or not but it seems that every question and or comment I (the patient made) irritated them. I was made to feel as a nuisance in a place where I should feel cared for and attended

Dr.fiallos office is an amazing dentist company. I love their workers. They
are friendly, cooperative, and very sociable. Anything you see as a mistake they will help you with that and try to correct it for you. They are willing to make anything possible in my opinion. I experienced an amazing braces journey with them. I have only had my braces for such a small amount of time and I had overcrowding on top and slightly on the bottom and they got it all done fairly quickly. I love this dentist and I hate to leave it because I am relocating.
