I have been state farm now for more than 6 months. They are always responsive and they help me out with questions and tells me every options i have. They are really friendly and nice people at the esha patel branch. I would recommend them to everyone.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would select this option. If you value your money, and would like it spent wisely, and believe in things being done correctly the first time around, I urge you to find another State Farm Agent. This office is full of nothing but rude and disrespectful employees, including the agent herself. I have filed a complaint against her and her office with corporate State Farm, and to avoid doing the same, I suggest you find an agent who values her customers. "Professional Service" is not accurate. I was hung up on when I called to get a problem resolved that shouldn

Absolutely horrible agent!! My monthly auto policy was changed about 4 times before I switched agents! They added discounts to my policy after I told them I didn't want them. Then I requested a quote for home owners insurance and they applied it to my account, without even closing on the house! I just called explaining this to them looking for a credit on the extra insurance that I paid for, and they hung up on me! Worst insurance agent I've ever dealt with!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT!!! GO TO A DIFFERENT AGENT OR IT WILL BE PROBLEMS FROM THE START!!
