This is a deep stretching class that stretches all the muscles in the body. Tight muscles can cause imbalance and pull the body out of alignment. This class will incorporate all the rotations of the joints and focus on breath work to help you dive deeper into your fascia and muscles, as well as help you to become more connected with your body and what is happening in it.

Adjustments will be given for some poses in this class to help the student move deeper into their muscles and body. This is an all levels class, great for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners. This fitness-based approach to a Power Vinyasa style class will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow.

I went into massage therapy and the healing arts to help people relax and bring both their body and mind into the current moment. I feel like this world pushes us so hard to be our best at any and all expense, that we forget to take the time to focus on what we need to nourish ourselves.

In my experience with massage as a receiver, no matter what is happening in my world, massage brings me back to my body and helps me to connect back with my mind.Any anxieties or stresses of the day or week seem to melt and seem so small or non-existent after. As a practitioner of massage this is my goal for each client.

I am a recent graduate of Bodymechanics Massage and Myotherapy in Vancouver, Washington. My focus in massage is to help people get back to living their best life; take your dog on a longer walk, turn to look at your blind spot while driving, crush it in the gym, exude confidence in the world around you.
I'm a Southern transplant to the Pacific Northwest who felt drawn to the healing path and all it has to offer to those who need to plant their feet on the earth. In 2018 I started a year long journey that led me to becoming a licensed massage therapist and since exiting the program I've enjoyed meeting people from all walks of life.
My goal in massage is to give people a renewed connection to their body. We spend a lot of time up in our heads and can forget the effect everyday life has on our bodies. Massage can help remind us to experience the world with our whole selves. I come to massage by way of many different worlds. The three things I invested time in over my life are equine studies, ceramics, and making pizza.

B (Alyssa) Timon's massages dissolve muscle tension, release COVID stress, and restore fully body happiness! I got my first massage from B while experiencing pain in my arms, shoulders, and upper back from computer work--she worked miracles! I left feeling more relaxed than I had in months. I have since returned and cannot recommend B's therapeutic massage more highly as an essential element of self care.

I found this massage studio on a whim looking for anyone in pdx who would/could do a scalp massage and I finally hit the jackpot! As someone with dreadlocks I find many people hesitant to work with my scalp or head, despite my hair being clean and neat. Megan is not only confident and unafraid to work on my scalp but is incredibly talented, listens to feedback and is very attentive when it comes to tailoring a massage experience to ones specific needs. The scalp and foot massage I received from Megan has been one of the best and most relaxing experiences I have had from a massage in Portland hands

Sara is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about her intuitive massage magic. She always knows exactly where I need pain relief without me telling her first. I've had a great experience with a couple of massages from B, who helped work out some major neck/upper back tension and gave me a few stretching tips to keep things in good shape. I left feeling incredibly light and relaxed. My partner has also received massage therapy from B and was very happy with the experience. We both found B to be very skilled, friendly and considerate. Highly recommend!

I did a Brunch Break Special + Warm Oil Scalp Massage with Megan. She is really good and making sure of using the right pressure. The scalp massage was a new experience for me. They puts tiny drops of warm oil on some specific points of your scalp and then massage. Sound simple but ut was incredibly relaxing! We were using masks the whole session but I still was able to smell the aromatherapy. They desinfect room before you come in! I highly recommend Megan. The price was super affordable, I booked online 2 days before, and the quality of massage was good!

My massage with B was wonderful.
It’s been a few months and I need to get back in with her !
She had a strong and confident touch while still being very considerate and checking in on my experience to be sure it wasn’t too much. ( I asked specifically for deep work) She used some cool techniques I haven’t had before and I would 100% recommend giver her a shot ! She’s wonderful! I love everyone at massage yoga PDX !!!!
