Cindy M. Kirby has extensive experience in the area of family law. She provides aggressive representation while balancing the best interests and needs of the client, children and family involved. Michael D. Kirby represents clients throughout the state of Ohio in the areas of domestic relations and juvenile law. He has extensive experience handling divorce, dissolution, separation, custody, parenting time, support issues and civil domestic violence matters, bringing with him over 27 years of experience as a Magistrate in the Lucas County Domestic Relations Court.
Erin joins our family law practice after graduating from the University of Toledo College of Law, magna cum laude. Erin served as a law clerk for Kirby & Kirby for two years during law school. In addition to working at Kirby & Kirby, Erin served as an extern for the Honorable Judge Zouhary at the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and as a legal intern for Marathon Petroleum Company.
