Nancy Kruse went above and beyond to ensure the home buying process went smoothly for us. From scheduling house showings quickly, constantly updating her knowledge on an ever changing and very crazy market, to arranging for financing, Nancy made sure she supported us all the way. We ran into a few issues on the home inspection and Nancy was able to communicate the problem and resolve the issue with the seller's agent quickly and reasonably. She knows the right people to call to evaluate and bid out any issues. We would highly recommend Nancy for buying or selling your home!

It has taken me a while to post this because I wanted to take the time to allow the emotional dust to settle in my mind. We purchased a new home with the contingency that our home would sell. With Nancy's help buyers were found and the process was underway. We knew there were repairs needed to our house, but were waiting to see what the lender required. Nancy then helped us by contacting the contractors we needed to do the repair work. Because of her experience with them, knowing their work, we breezed through that part of the process. The house was ready and the closing date, November 26th
