I have been using Lowry Printing and have been very happy with the customer service and the work quality. They are fast, efficient and friendly and their prices are not exorbitant. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. We are located in the Albertson's parking lot in the Lowry Town Center, across the street from Timbuk Toys and Chewy's Bonetique.

I needed a very last minute resume printed for a job interview and unfortunately my home printer was quickly running out of ink, of course. I was debating just cancelling the interview when I called Lowry Printing and Shipping on a whim. They had me email the resume and had it printed and ready for pick up within the hour. They absolutely saved the day and really went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend!

Horrible! Horrible customer service. I went to this location to pick up a package as it's a "point of pick up" for deliveries. I chose this place as its close to where I live and because I wanted to check out there business as I like to support local businesses. When I arrived I was greeted by an older lady who was seating in the back area. I told her that I was there to pick up a package. She yells from across the room "Did you call to verify the package is here?" I respond with "I did not, but I got confirmation that the package was delivered a few days ago by the

I was looking through the reviews to see if I was just being sensitive, but it seems that many people agree the woman who appears to own the shop (Lisa?) is extremely rude and unprofessional. The place was an absolute mess and it should not be in business anymore. I was only going in for fingerprinting but I cannot even imagine trying to have shipping services done there because I wouldn't trust that woman with my business.

Poor customer service, sloppy work, judgmental attitudes. I typically love supporting small businesses but have been continuously disappointed with the print jobs I receive from here. I will not be returning.

I came here for an I9 setup as requested by my employer but will certainly never come here for my business. The woman helping me was incredibly rude and condescending. It was a miserable experience. She had no concern for my privacy when asking my social security number with a store full of customers and was rude when I asked her to respect my personal information. I would love to support a local business and I use packing and shipping services quiet a bit but will definitely stay far away from this place and encourage my family and friends to do the same unless they learn how to check their attitude

Prices usually beat out any corporation printer in the area. The prints are done in a timely manner and always done with good quality and always meet deadlines.

I have entrusted this company to print our marketing materials and given them exclusive rights to our corporate printing contract and they have failed to meet deadlines significantly impacting our marketing campaign for a new location grand opening. Call and ask to speak to my point of contact and never receive a call back or any type of answers. Spoken to like I was an inconvenience to them. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking to have professionalism in their business handlings and never trust them with a deadline to meet. If I could give less than 1 star I would at this

Every time I come into this “locally rude” location I am reminded how important it is to treat people with kindness and respect as a Buisness owner.
I literally cringe every time I have to walk in there when the owner is the one who’s helping me. Would it be so hard to say.. hi how is your day? How can I help you? Thanks have a great day see you soon. I’ve never gotten any of those kind of responses ever when I go in there from the owner.
I know times are tough, So be kind to everyone and make the day better.

SO sweet and accommodating! Came it to get a hand-designed template printed and bound, the woman helping me gave me her honest opinion and offered alternate suggestions. She cared about saving me money and ensuring the final product was perfect. Local company with integrity!

I went to this printing shop today and spoke to Lisa about a rush job that we needed completed by the end of the day. I expressed to her we were open to ideas on business brochures and gave her a card as to how I wanted it to look like.
Literally, within hours, Lisa had called me back to say my job was complete and ready for pickup. I was very impressed with the quality of the work, time involved, and most of all, Great pricing.

Trust me, do not trust Lowry Print and Ship with your mail. We live a few blocks away and we're very much wanting to give a local shop our business. But they colossally messed up our shipping (they ended up sending it to a completely different address to the one we gave them in writing, different receiver name and all). When we called to ask what happened, they were incredibly rude and blamed us for their mistakes. That is of course when they weren't dodging our calls for WEEKS.
The cherry on top was when Lisa the owner hung up on me after I finally got thru but not before screaming

This shop was recommended by someone who has many greeting cards printed from her artwork. I decided to have holiday cards printed this year and all went very smoothly with the woman who helped me through the process. However, when it came time to pay, I was initially charged the wrong amount by the cashier. When I pointed this out, she figured out the correct amount and ran my card again. It wasn't until a few days later I realized I'd been charged twice and never credited for the initial erroneous amount. That's when the trouble began and long story short, after two weeks of calling

Shipping is fine. The attitude behind the counter isn't anything I would pay to experience again. I regretted making small talk as my opinions were challenged on really trivial stuff. I'll go to the post office next time.

I walked in here recently to verify that my Fedex package hadn't been redirected there by mistake (it was supposed to go to a nearby business with the same address). Upon entering, I got a very short & rude response that "we don't have it, we only hold packages for customers". The lady only got up out of her chair after I asked her a 2nd time to look and not assume that it wasn't there.

Agree with the other posts, I cringe when I have to come here for any service. For a job thats mostly customer service based, theyre extremely rude and slow to help. Recommend looking into the UPS Store on Leetsdale & Monaco before you come here.

Lowry Printing is the perfect neighborhood store. The owner Lisa is so nice and helpful. I go here often for both shipping and printing needs. It's super easy to email them what you want printed off so you don't have to make two trips. Lisa and her team always go the extra mile for customers and do a lot for other local businesses.

I thought it was really nice the neighborhood had a local print and ship company to support. However, one of the owners is very rude and gives a lot of attitude to customers who don't know any better or try to ask simple questions. This has happened now on two separate occasions.

I was publicly reprimanded for using one of the copy machines that did not have a sign on it that said for 'staff only'. At the end of the day it was not a big deal, and if it matters that much to them they should not put the copy machine in clear view so customers to think they are able to use it.

The prices are way too high. The staff is slow and they are not very nice. I've been twice and it took almost 45 minutes just to notarize one sheet of paper and 20 minutes to ship something. They should really treat their customers better and respect their time. I had to wait and watch them talk about something that totally could have waited the first time and the second time it wasn't even work related.

Cute, convenient shop. Sadly, their favoritism of certain locals is obvious and annoying. I'm not a regular. However, I could be. This past holiday season I was in line to mail a very simple envelope to Colorado Springs. I waited for nearly15 minutes while the shop owner chatted with customers ahead of me and at least 3 other people in line behind me, about personal family stuff. Not dependable and very expensive.
Sent a package from this location. Person who took my items, packaged wrong, sent parcel post select instead of 1st class. Charged almost double what the post office would have charged. Package lost. No support from the owner to retrieve this package. I needed to do my own detective work. Ends up since the package was sent parcel select, no insurance. Packaged incorrectly so label came off and package is now gone....I had over $150.00 in gifts for my granddaughter. Very disappointed.

Wow this place..
So not only does the staff give you attitude, they can't even perform the simplest of tasks.
I had a document notarized and faxed there. Ok so she was able to be the notary but ask her to fax? This must be a whole new thing for them..
I had her fax a document in December. It is now March and I just realized the documents I had her fax some how never made it there.
Long story short I scanned this document and sent it from a free fax service online and had confirmation this document was received about 20 minutes later.. Worthless.. I would give

I shipped a few packages via USPS here. My experience was so poor that I don't foresee returning there for future shipping needs. (I hate leaving negative reviews, but I prioritize honesty, especially if it can help future customers!)
