My brother Jim (T Le), a new comer to this area, had brought his Suburban to have some urgent repairs on the last day of December 2020. Dr. Bob and his technicians have done a wonderful job, they surely got the car completely fixed and to be safe on the road. At the time of pick it up, my brother told me that he felt uneasy with some noises when he drove my minivan, we asked Dr. Bob please inspect my minivan because we need to drive back to Washington DC the next day, they test drove it, checked the front end, steering and the suspension systems, they fixed it on the spot!!!
