We open each session with a hot towel compress from hips to shoulders. The compress includes our proprietary blend of essential oils selected to help your mind and body begin relaxing. We also diffuse our oil blend throughout the session to create a calming and pleasant atmosphere. Every body is different.
For some, lighter pressure allows the body to relax; others need more force to penetrate deep muscle fibers. We are highly adaptable - your comfort is always our priority. We discuss preferences and need before every session and will check in throughout to make sure you are always getting the depth of work you want!

Services
We are located at Complete Beauty Wellness Spa inside Cirque Salon Studios, 10 Exchange Street, Suite 107. We recommend parking at the city garage at 25 Prioleau Street, on the corner of Prioleau and East Bay. Our spa is about a minute's walk away. Metered parking is also available on Broad and Exchange Streets.
