Pay no attention to the bad reviews from salty incompetents. Some people are impossible to please. Mario, on the other hand, is a fantastic, friendly guy and the services he provides at PB printing are top notch! I only wish that I had more printing needs so that I could give Mario more business. I highly recommend that if you need any printing done, you talk to Mario and his friendly, well trained staff.

I've been to this place several times. Most recently to print a one page document which they told me they could not do. Before that I had a job printed that came out wrong and they refused to fix it and said they preferred to reimburse me my money, which they did so I figured at least I'll try them again. Maybe this place is so busy they don't really care about their customers. I can tell you I won't be back

I am writing to express my disappointment in a business which I believed to be the answer to my prayers, a small, local, customer friendly office which had an interest is serving the community. I had imagined bringing all my business and personal business here, close to home and with engaged business owners.

Twenty-two five star reviews can't be wrong! Mario and Nathan are THE BEST. They made the seemingly impossible - an order of 700 NCR forms in triplicate, printed on both sides - happen for me in under 24 hours, and it cost so much less than I thought it would. Super nice guys, professional, and they have their systems down to a science. Use them for ALL of your printing needs, not just the last minute rush jobs. :)

So I needed to get some stickers pronto for my college campus event. Called in and asked "I need stickers by tomorrow. Is this possible?" Mario, first person I interacted with, gave me a super prompt response and said Yes. GREAT. I sent in my info and everything. They sent back proofs and quotes within the hour.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: awesome. I'm so happy how they fixed the photo to make it fit the sticker size I wanted.
STICKER PRODUCT: print job is soooo nice. The colors are very vibrant and lines are sharp.
WILL TOTALLY COME BACK HERE. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THESE

I've used this company in the past and they have never done me wrong! Price was great and the turn around time too.
The part that actually got me to write this was I was in the other day to get some work done and they said it would take longer and I needed it asap. So....they referred me to a competitor.
They didn't have to do that but the really won me over by thinking of me first and them second.

THEY'VE LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER!
I've been here a few times before, but today was it for me. I walk in around 4pm and there is no one else in the entire place. I asked the clerk if he could please print two word documents from my USB drive.
The clerk tells me he can't do that, but I can rent their computer for an hourly rate and print them myself. I asked him again politely if he could do it for me because I was running late, and he said no. So then he directed me to one of his five computers, all of which were old and covered in dust. I plug in my USB, open my files, right click

I gave PB Printing a call after hunting around a bit for competitive business card prices. After giving them a ring, Mario answered and was very helpful in laying out options and throwing out constructive suggestions for business card prints.
After telling Mario (on a Thursday) that I would need to have the cards printed before the weekend (they are only open M-F), he assured me that they could make it work and I could come and pick them up before closing on Friday.
I ended up getting called for an early pick up and was very impressed with the quality of the cards!
