When I started as a client of theirs in 1986 after moving to Oklahoma, their customer service was great.
Now in 2013 their customer service more than sub par. And sub par is being kind, heck one star is being kind also.
I would not recommend anyone use them for their accounting service. (If you want to get your taxes done, look to your local volunteer groups, Jr. colleges and university's that have group that most of the time do it for nothing, because their accounting students need the experience before they graduate.)
But stay away from this firm, they will screw you into the wall royally
