I went in with some issues I wasn’t aware of but through testing and dietary changes they have helped me push through the issues that were causing pain, inflammation and weight gain. It has also helped with increased energy and more stable mood. I look forward to being free of medication soon by following their plan a little closer and exercising more.

I came to 180 Health solutions in June, wanting help to get back in shape and feel good again. I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. The staff there were not only super encouraging and motivating, but helped me pinpoint issues that were keeping me from feeling good. They listened to me and quickly worked to find the root of the problem. After 3 months, I am 21 pounds down and feeling GREAT! About a year ago I came to Dr. Steve and the 180 Health Solutions team for my sinuses. For a couple years, I had been getting sinus infections regularly and it was looking surgery was next. In the very first appointment I was asked to change my diet, do some chiropractic care and watch for the results. I can proudly say that I have NOT had any sinus infections and I feel amazing!
I am so happy with my results, but that is just the tip of the iceberg. I have learned so much about health and wellness and am so glad that I am on this path.

The staff at 180 Health is absolutely one of the most positive, friendly, caring and knowledgeable group of people in the health field you will come across. You are treated like a friend, not a patient. They want to dig deep and find out what is going on with your body, inside and out, they way it should be. I originally went in for their weightless program, but after they did their testing, I had thyroid, cholesterol, hormone, food allergies, etc. issues. I never thought I felt bad, but the first day of not eating any of my food allergies, and taking specific supplements I noticed a difference

These people are awesome. They treat you like their long lost brother and they are sincerely there to help you.. There methods are very methodical and they work. If you follow there plans you will get better It may take some time, but they are there with you al of the way, lending support and may I even say love. Both 180 Solutions Staff and wellness way approach seem like the answer to my many decades of health issues. I particularly like the testing they do to find out food allergies and hormone Imbalances leading to disease, Body inflammation, and degeneration processes.
