Nancy is a great realtor who runs a great company. We recently sold our property "as-is" to an outside investor. We had contracted with Nancy as our seller's agent and I'm glad we did! The outside group had everything weighted toward the buyer and expected a lot of stuff from the seller that we weren't used to. Nancy patiently walked us through all the twists and turns, sympathized with our frustrations, talked us back "off the ledge" a few times but--in the end--the deal went through and the house sold well above our asking price.
