Big Frank is an incredible realtor whether you're looking to buy or sell a house. I used him for both and could not have been happier with the outcome.
I hit Frank with about 8 houses I was interested in and we set out one afternoon. Ugh! I hated them all, but Frank asked the right questions and listened to my comments as we visited each home. By the end of the day, he knew what I wanted and took me to a home that was on the verge of coming on the market and it was exactly what I was looking for! It was perfect for me. We negotiated a fair price and he helped to negotiate plumbing
