Debra is our Office Manager; she enjoys working in the dental field and finds it to be a challenging and rewarding career. In her 28 years of experience, she has been involved in many aspects of dentistry including being a Dental Assistant, Insurance/Treatment coordinator, managing the front desk, accounts receivable clerk, and office manager.
Dr. Lori Auster loves how dentistry enables her to combine her passion for being an artist with her heartfelt compassion for people's health. She graduated from the prestigious NYU College of Dentistry and completed a comprehensive post-doctorate residency at Montefiore. Dr. Auster is equally gratified of her accomplishments in pharmacology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

I have been seeing a dentist for the past 20 years and had no complaints. A patient of Dr. Auster has been pushing me to "just try Dr. Auster". After countless resounding no responses, I caved. The office manager greeted me while simultaneously introducing me to one assistant, both ingratiated me with some appreciated pleasantries. I was then introduced to April the hygienist. I immediately notified April that I was a terrible gagger. Through my entire visit April showed consciousness of the aforementioned. Lori Auster , DDS, and her team are simply outstanding! Dr Auster is technically very competent, has a soothing bedside manner, and continuously offers best practices. Her team is especially knowledgeable in their craft and easily answers a patient’s questions about procedures. This is the first time I have offered a dentist a 5 rating.

Dr. Auster stands behind everything she does and she takes well-deserved pride in her meticulous work. I’ve had all types of work done by her such as crowns, fillings, a gold overlay and she made an appliance for me years ago and makes any adjustments needed to this day without question.
