Carpal tunnel syndrome is a repetitive stress injury that can be caused by excessive typing or other repetitive motions with the hands. Continued movement can further the pain and injury as time passes. With any other pain, early diagnosis can help prevent the problem from becoming extreme.
Causes of carpal tunnel syndrome can be attributed to fluid retention, compression and repetitive irritation of the median nerve on the palm side of the wrist.These issues can result in intense pain or numbness in the part of the hand that utilizes this nerve, namely the thumb and first two fingers.

Dr.Russell has been our miracle worker. I was supposed to have knee surgery again for what was diagnosed as a torn meniscus, and after a few treatments with Dr.Russel my pain started lessening until it has finally abated. I didn't have a torn meniscus, I was simply severely out of alignment.
My husband who has dealt with back, knock, hip and knee pain for years has finally found relief under the ministrations of Dr.Russell. There is no one else we would ever go to.

Amazing chiropractor, treats you as a person not a name on a file its been over a year since I have been to see him due to moving to tulsa, however with my birthday coming up tomorrow I recieved an unexpected video today just saying happy birthday..... In September 2017 I went to Dr. Russell because I was having severe back problems and I could barely walk. After just the first couple of weeks I was able to get around a lot better and completely recovered after a few months.
Now fast forward to this month January 2020. I was out of state in December to spend a month with family and I got hurt quite a bit and some was severe. There was a sharp stabbing pain going from my shoulder to my hands. I couldn’t put my head all the way back without being in severe pain. I was losing strength in my hand and in my arm, I couldn’t do a lot of stuff I

I signed up for an "adjustment package" for my foot. By this I mean getting adjusted 3 times a week for a month. Russell Chiropractic was definitely where I went. During appointments my back and neck were often adjusted and my foot was forgotten. I couldn’t walk on my foot. My problem was very obvious.

Russell Chiropractic clinic is a great place to get help with your back, legs, hands or feet. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. They are very thorough. My back was hurting pretty bad and now it feels a lot better. My hand was hurting as well and he was able to fix it as well!! I recommend this place!!

I was really sacred about going to a Chiropractic. I've been on a healthy journey working out watching what I eat etc... (When I turned 50) The past thirty years I've had severe headaches that I learned to live with. Just figured that was life. Going to Russell Chiropractic I have learned so much about myself. After a bad car accident when I was real little resulted in having bad migraines, lower back/hip problems ever since (almost 20 years ago). Dr Russell has started treatment on me, I’m only half way through and I’m feeling tons better! My hips don’t pop out of place every 5 steps, my migraines have decreased little to none, my shoulders don’t hurt… nearly as bad, my posture is way better than before, and it’s put me in a better mood all around. It’s a very welcoming place. I look forward to going into my appointments every week! The staff is super sweet

I was referred to Dr. Russell by a coworker about a year and a half ago for back and neck pain. The treatments were great, as each time I left, my pain went away a little at a time. Eventually everything was realigned and I was feeling much better! I was also introduced to essential oils, and after hearing testimonies from employees at the office, I decided to try them....totally a believer in oils now. God's natural healing from what's already here on earth really works. For over a year now, we haven't used any pain or allergy meds! My daughter had to go in for treatment due to a gymnastics injury

I have been meaning to do this for a while, but I cannot say enough good things about Russell Chiropractic! They have helped my family in more ways than one from simple adjustments (regular and while I was pregnant), to finding the cause of my husbands neuropathy pain and fixing it, and to making my 3 year old a priority in every area of their… business when she had very large cysts on her eyes. They have cared for our family not only physically but also emotionally. They are incredibly helpful and thoughtful! I cannot say enough good things about them all. We love them and recommend anyone

False advertising - they say your first exam is free but then they do x-rays with no lead apron for protection and they bill you for that (after telling you first there won't be a charge). Then they billed Medicare for an adjustment that didn't happen. They take advantage of the elderly and they lie. Really should be reported for fraud.

Dr. Russell is so awesome! He is very passionate about what he does and makes you feel completely relaxed! I was having low back and neck pain and after completing a treatment plan, I am pain free! The Doc and his wife Sheryl are so kind hearted and a pleasure to be around! I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
