We used to go through Statefarm, and have had great service. Recently the care and kindness has decreased substantially. Today when we walked into the office in Knoxville the girls were rude. More so, they took advantage of my elderly grandma and tried to cover it by saying it made her policy cheaper. Definitely was not treated like a good neighbor, would not recommend.
