Ethan, Emma, and Alexis made selling our house an easy process. It has been such a pleasure working with Melody and the entire Alexis Weigand Real Estate group. Melody is very responsive and always acts in my best interest. My husband and I are out of state buyers and she worked really hard to show us all the homes we wanted to see in just 2 days. Once it was time to write an offer, Melody gave us great advice. We had a 1031 exchange so it can be a bit tricky and she worked with us closely through the entire process and made sure we had everything we need to close on time.
