My bookkeepers do my business taxes as they’re extremely familiar with the industry I’m in. I reached out to Prudent Accountants because I was looking for help with personal taxes. I was told I could be put on a wait list until they got around to me. I wasn’t told when that was, just that the line was long. Or, I could skip the line and they could “accommodate” my personal taxes if I switched to them for my business taxes.
I’m always skeptical of pay-to-play schemes in businesses like this. I’ve never had any work done by them, but this rubbed me the wrong way. Do your own research

If you are an individual or a business, beware. The reviews here I feel does not truly reflect the work ethic of this company. I chose them thinking that the services I will receive is in line with others, but I was wrong.
I hired this company, and it's been over two months and still has not provided my tax reporting. I called the CPA for two weeks. He does not pick up the call, but will text back I will call you back. It's been two weeks and I heard crickets. No return call.

The people at Prudent have been the best to work with. I have in the past not been the best with keeping on top of my taxes and accounting. With their help I am now not just caught up but I am ahead of game. They even helped me get all the banking and tax stuff I needed together from my new house loan. I was overall very impressed by the quality of the services provided by the staff at Prudent. I had a complicated tax return and Ken did an excellent job in making sure I understood the process of filing everything correctly. He also did an excellent job in preparing the documents and answering detailed questions for my future tax returns. I highly recommend them!

The entire Prudent office staff is very welcoming and professional. The office is clean, with a modern feel and has parking which is a goldmine in Uptown! We have used Rai for both personal and business for the past three years. We even chose to stay with Prudent when we moved out of state.
