Continued excellent care given to my 20 yr. old Civic - just had her first service since back in SEA and I'd noted a big drop in fuel economy over my last three fill-ups. The guys hooked the engine up to the computer and noted everything still running excellently, then took the car for a spin/ test ride - no issues noted.
Essentially? We concluded the change in the weather/ driving patterns, new winter fuel mix from the gas stations, etc. was likely causing the change in fuel economy; point being these guys take their customer's concerns seriously and do check all possible reasons

I took our Corolla to dealership first and they wanted over 3k to do the axle work that our car needed. I took it to Matt's and they did everything for $950. Excellent service and value. Take your car here first!

What I would tell a friend:
Honest, communicative, super knowledgeable and extremely respectful of your money.
Why:
Came across them on a nextdoor thread about catalytic converter theft and how they installed someone’s guard a reasonable price. When I called them and told them I had a gen 3 Prius they informed me that gen 3s made improvements and it was relatively difficult to steal. I still got it installed for piece of mind but here they are giving me as much information as possible which could have potentially lost a sale.

We worked with Matt's Greenwood Auto at the Aurora location. We dropped off our Subaru Impreza and they were fantastic to work with. The coordinated with our insurance company and set us up with a temporary loaner car. They were also good with maintaining social distancing and following pandemic safe protocols. We will certainly be going back to Matt's for any future work on our Subaru.

I wanted to check the cost of repairs against those quoted by the dealer and to confirm which really needed attention. Matt quoted lower costs and advised which repairs were really important and which could wait. When I got the car back, he told me the oil was low three quarts which he put in at no cost.

Excellent service. This is my third time at Matt’s but this trip came unexpectedly, without an appointment. I had my car towed to them over the weekend. They found time to look at my car, go over with me what needed to be done, and then had my car done a day before they originally thought. I so appreciate their service, friendliness, and communication!!

I don't trust many people with my 1986 Toyota 4Runner (she's pushing 225K, and I hope to keep her going as long as I do), but I trust the folks at Matt's.
I stay on top of maintenance issues, as I drive across the country several times each year, in addition to mountain/desert/tundra/forest expeditions now and again, and Matt's is my go-to West Coast shop (she's a bicoastal truck, so she has bicoastal care).

Matt's is really really great. I've always had hesitation with finding a shop that doesn't make me they are taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. Both locations have absolutely excellent customer service and they do everything they can that would be free or lowcost before exploring more expensive options. This location is also great. They have a super nice lobby to do work from and a nice Keurig machine. I HIGHLY recommend them!!
