We worked with Nick for several years in preparation for selling our house. He was very patient with us, and stuck it out until we were finally ready. Once we listed the house - his advice and experience got us way more for our home than we ever thought! And after the sale, Sage was a pleasure to work with on all the other details!! We worked with Nick for almost 9 months to find a home in Minneapolis for the summer months and since we live in Florida, most of our interaction was remote and when we were on location, tightly coordinated. Nick is fantastic. I recently bought and sold my 2nd home with him, but it was my first home that that I sold with him that really made me appreciate his dedication. We were strangers. I was in a tough situation. My wife and I have actually agree to try and sell our house to those "we pay cash for home" business.
