Our office is designed for kids to have some fun and relax! Dr. Doug is easy going and has extra training in caring for infants, children and adolescents. You can see our staff members choose to work in a laid back pediatric dental office because they like pampering children and want to cater to their needs.
These elements combine to make your child feel relaxed and special. Dr. K. Douglas Fryer, a.k.a. Dr. Doug was raised here in Utah. He attended Utah State University and is an avid Aggie basketball and track fan. He then attended The Ohio State University for dental school and became an avid Buckeye football fan.

Dr Doug is the best!! The staff is so kind and patient. Dr Doug is so reassuring to my three boys and always takes his time to gently explain what he is doing. Some of my boys have anxiety and he is so kind, calm, and patient with them. I also love that they have private rooms so my kids don't feel nervous around lots of other people.

Dr. Doug is an amazing Dentist. My daughter needed a few procedures, and he managed to do everything without causing her any pain at all. She actually thinks that the numbing gel is all they did to numb her mouth. He also takes the time to explain everything to you in great detail. There is no question that his number one priority is the child’s dental health and comfort. He does not compromise when it comes to best practices. Their prices are reasonable as well. I strongly recommend Dr. Doug.

This is the best pediatric dentist in the valley. I’ve been to some others, but Dr Doug’s is by far the best. He really takes the time to make the kids feel calm and happy. He makes sure the parents know what’s going on and don’t feel rushed. The office is very nice and fun for kids. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

We have tried nearly all the other pediatric offices in town, Dr. Doug is definitley the best! I especially appreciate that the rooms are private (It is so awkard at other offices for the children to be in that vulnerable position, right next to other kids while having to ask personal questions with multiple families in the room.) Going to Dr. Doug's is a relief, the kids enjoy it, the staff is always friendly. Dr. Doug is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The office is centrally located, just east of Cache Valley Mall. I am a dental hygienist and chose to bring my little kids to Dr. Doug and I’m so impressed with their office. Right now I’m sitting in the waiting room after my sons cleaning is finished watching as he plays with Sarah, getting this special one on one time with this special employee that’s making him feel like the most important kid in the world in this moment! He is an ACTIVE kid so it’s great to watch him pick cards to do flips onto the bean bags, play connect 4, and be allowed to have big energy as she honors and respects that he an active kid. Dr. Doug is absolutely fantastic with all of our kids. The waiting room has all kinds of great activities and the staff will even come out to do fun activities while we wait. Dr. Doug knows his stuff and he and his staff do everything they can to make our visits and pleasant as possible. Highly recommended!

Dr. Doug is a fun, kind, and patient dentist. He is awesome with kids and answers all of my questions. We have gone for cleanings as well as more intense procedures, like removing an absessed tooth or drilling cavities. He has such a calm demeanor, that my daughter is never scared to go. She was actually EXCITED to have a cavity drilled. His staff is awesome and incredibly helpful. They play with the kids in the fun and colorful waiting room. Dr. Doug's Pediatric Dentristy is the best!

Wow. We just saved *thousands* of dollars going to Dr. Doug over competing pediatric dentists in the valley! We initially took my 4 yr old to another ped dentist which is a great place, kind people but the dentist there quoted me one number while his staff quoted me another. The dentist informed me that to fix all my son’s problems it would cost $1400 or less but when I talked to his staff in billing she laid out the costs for me which equated to more like $3000. So not only was it expensive (due in large part to costs of the anesthetic that they insisted would be best for my child given all

I brought my two boys in for the first time and they LOVED it! The staff was so friendly and made boys so comfortable. They have activities to do before your appointment which was amazing for my active little boys. The dental assistant and Dr. Doug were both so great with my kids. It was a great environment! I will definitely be going back!

My sons absolutely love going to Dr. Doug's! One of my sons has had several different type of procedures done. They have all gone smoothly and without difficulty. Everything is always explained very well. My boys are always excited to go to the dentist. I recently suggested we try a different pediatric dentist that was new in our town. I only suggested it because they were 3 minutes away from our home and it would have been so convenient. My boys absolutely refused. "No way, we love Dr. Doug," they said.
