We have been in business continuously since 2000 and provide an excellent inspection service for folks who are cautious when buying property. Cadre provides an objective report. It brings any issues with the property's condition to the attention of our customer before the sale closes. To ensure our customer's expectations are met, we invite them to participate, ask questions, and offer comments during the inspection process.
If you have special inspection requirements, we can accommodate your requests by customizing our reports. There are some discounts available and prices are sometimes adjusted. We are very affordable. Folks from out of town find our service to be very helpful, especially when traveling is difficult or not an option.

Update: We ended up selling the home a few month later. Their inspector found pages of things that needed attention!

Unfortunately we went against our realtor's advice to go with a different inspector. Within minutes of the inspection starting, I had quietly told my husband we should pay him for his few minutes of time and call a different inspector. Unfortunately we didn't.
The whole inspection was a train wreck and we are not feeling confident in the inspection. After being in our house a few days, we realized there were many things not inspected or were not in working order like fire

We used Cadre Inspections for a pre-purchase inspection for our home in the mountains. Paul was early to the appointment and very courteous. He allowed my wife and I to walk the entire inspection with him and explained what he found at each step. When moving from out of state during mid pandemic, I trusted Cadre to inspect the home we were buying. I was told “This house is in excellent condition,” which could not have been farther from the truth.
NONE OF THESE MAJOR ISSUES WERE CALLED BY THIS INSPECTOR!
1. Substantial water damage under all sinks, around windows, and a rotting door due to water damage.
2. Active sink leak in the laundry room.
3. Poor bathtub drainage with audible gurgling sound.
4. Roof improperly installed around chimney with possible leakage (found by a fireplace inspector).

I am very pleased to have chosen Cadre to conduct my home inspection. I have had bad experiences with home inspectors before and wanted to divert from realtor recommended list. What I have found from prior experiences, some (not all) realtor recommended home inspectors are fairly close in business dealings. Meaning, they may not have the customer in mind and only focus on moving the buying process along no matter the cost to the buyer.
