The Sustainable Group - Terraphase Joint Venture, LLC (SGT JV) provides a wide variety of services including environmental characterization and remediation, engineering design, and construction services.

Terraphase assists real estate managers and developers with all phases of property development and management, from due diligence, regulatory interaction and permitting, through design and construction management. I was at the transit center in Redmond Washington and one of the drivers pulled into a spot in front of me (parallel parking) and had at least 8 feet in front of him but decided to back closer to me and box me in. The car was in terrible shape and I would not hire them simply for the fact that I don't want that car showing up to my site. They also drive old SUVs which are not environmentally friendly. Such a shame.
