I contacted this company to have a sign created. After many, many email communications with Tony it was apparent that I was getting the runaround. Unfortunate to have given him personal information only to have my time wasted over and over again. It was truly mind-boggling that anyone involved with a local business would do this to a member of the community that wanted to do business with them. How I got this despicable treatment while others seemingly got good service I'll never know. Maybe I wasn't the only bad experience, but the only one that took the time to write a review about

I was looking online for companies who make banners. I came across Gupp signs and after reading that they have been in business since 1931 I knew that they were the experts. I went in on a Monday and the gentleman behind the counter was very professional . I could tell he was listening as he asked questions to ensure he was getting everything I said correct. I asked could it be done for Friday and he told me he couldn't promise but that he would try. I left there feeling confident in the work that was to be completed. I was sent the layout of the banner to get my final okay . They had made
