Seravalli Inc. is an award-winning, second-generation construction firm that has been proudly serving the Philadelphia, PA and the Delaware Valley since 1962. As a full-service general contractor, we complete a wide range of projects in both the public and private sectors. Seravalli has the experience necessary to provide overall project management, from commencement through completion.
Scope: Construction of Philadelphia's first "green" street on the 800 block of Percy Street in South Philadelphia. This project showcased porous paving, a specially designed pavement system that allows water to infiltrate through the pavement and never become runoff. This system provides the structural support of conventional asphalt pavement, but is constructed of a porous surface and an underground stone reservoir.
