Walter L. Abbott was born in Pensacola, Florida in 1955 and educated in the Panama City, Florida school system. Walt is involved in the Panama City community and active in the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He is the Past President of the Northwest Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and has served as Education Chairman for the Northwest Florida Chapter as well as on the National Review Panel for the Appraisal Institute.
