I paid him $4,500.00 to represent me on three cases in 3 counties. $1,500.00 for each case. This was a retainer. A deal was offered and when Mr. Wiggins told me about the deal it was a year in jail. I responded with. I don't want that deal. Mr. Wiggins flew off the handle and said what do you mean? You got to take this deal. We arent going to court. I wont represent you. So I fired him. I've emailed him multiple times asking for $1,500.00 back since he never provided me with a bill showing how much of the retainer was used. (I also asked for that multiple times) so now I will leave bad

I called to hire an attorney for a juvenile case. I talked to Steve Wiggins about a minor child, (with multiple disabilities) who is being abused and neglected. All I was asking for is direction on how to get this child safe. He set up an appointment (giving me hope that he'd help) then changed his mind and told me he wouldn't help. He was rude and careless.

Decently would never hire this guy he charges double what every other lawyer does in ottawa and he don't sue police so for any one that wants a lawyer that works for police how can you call your self a lawyer mite as well b a state attorney

Wish I could give one star! Just called and had the most unprofessional answer ever. I asked about information on expungements and I was told to look it up online. What a wonderful lawyers office. Pathetic.

Steve is one of the best. He gave me solid advice and made me feel like he was on my side. Steve is very professional. Some attorneys may be in it just for the cash, but I certainly did not get that impression from Steve. The next time I need legal services, I know where I will go.

Someone I know recently asked Steven to request court supervision for a traffic offense. The price quoted was $300 (plus the fine) and was told it would take him two trips to court to resolve as they would want to make sure they didn't have a bad background/record. This person represented themself and was offered court supervision without even needing to ask for it. Bam. $300 saved.

Should really verify the addresses of the people you represent. Got a letter for some guy I've never met but know of him because of the police reports and facebooks posts about him. This is the third letter we received about Mr. Pinney. I would prefer if we didn't receive mail concerning him. If we receive another I will personally be at your office demanding a change of address for this man.
