I don’t recommend this place at all. I got recommended by one of my regulars that she has a friend that does mailing marketing. I gave it a try. I talked to Tim. He did a good job at explaining the prices and the radius around my location. I decided to move on with him but he never got back to me. I sent him one or two other emails that I was interested but I didn’t hear back. I decided to call them I got in touch with Anthony. We talked that he can definitely get it going for me. He said that he will talk to Tim since he was the person that helped me out. And that Anthony will get back to

Pinnacle Medical Partners is using Hampden Press for multiple mailing campaigns, as well as design work. They have always treated us and all of our partners well, and the quality of their work shows. We have never had any errors or sub par mailings go out, and the process with Tim (sales) was ideal (he was very helpful in making the correct choices for our campaign, not just trying to sell sell sell). When going into this place I didn't know what exactly I was doing I never printed anything before I walked into a half hearted greeting followed by a man whom was little help was very annoyed by my questions and I felt like I was wasting his time so I picked up my papers he than turned around and walked away from me I do not recommend this poor customer service don't go help give someone a paycheck that can careless for your business there is plenty other places to go who can appreciate a new customer
