Mr. Mancini founded the firm in 1974 after working at Chrysler as a union autoworker and as a workers compensation advisor while obtaining his bachelors, masters, and law degrees. Mr. Mancini has been repeatedly recognized by labor and community organizations for his efforts in educating local citizens about their legal rights and remedies.
Ms. Schreuder has been practicing law for over 30 years. She represents injured people and their families in personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Ms. Schreuder is active in religious and community groups, including an appointment by Governor James Blanchard as a Member of the Northern Michigan University Board of Control, later becoming an Emeritus Member.
Mr. Kline is a founding partner of the firm. He received his undergraduate degree in Engineering from the General Motors Institute, now Kettering University. Mr. Kline applies a methodical approach to each of his cases, expertly arranging complicated medical evidence. He enjoys the personal relationships developed with each new case & client.

Wanted a little guidance and advice so I called Mancini about what route I should take on a mileage discrepancy on 2 of my car leases and by far the WORST experience I’ve had ! He kept cutting me off and he will talk to you any kind of way in a non professional manner basically talk down on you. He even said no one would even help me or waste time talking to me about my situation . Who says that!? Talked to a different attorney he was respectful gave me good advice on what I should do and I’m getting the process rolling and he was willing to help . Don’t waste your time calling this place

My stepfather retired from Chrysler after 30 years. This was his free attorney, through Chrysler, with whom he made Will's through. My mother changed their Will's, a decision she regretted on her death bed. She signed papers, wishing to change her will back to the original will, and leave her grandson nothing.Unfortunately, while she was still alive, her grandson stole the will, in which he was the new executor, and took it to them, when she was still alive, and hospitalized,they never bothered to call her at the hospital. This firm needs some quality assurance training AND customer services skills. It's a good thing I am not a client, or maybe they treat their clients nicer and more professional. I've called there a few times and each time, there is no customer service skills and/or professionalism in their voice.
I hope they treat their clients better or their tone of voice changes when it's a client calling but then again how would they know I'm not a client.
