This complex was very nice and quiet when we moved in 3 years ago. The management was kind and friendly to us the whole time we lived there. We had a problem with noise in our building keeping us up for multiple nights. This matter was taken care of and we had no further problems. I have been a tenant of Sterling Parc for approximately two years now. Very happy that I followed through with my decision to be a resident here. Convenient and centrally located--great community, great neighbors, great staff. The rental units and retail business space are spacious and beautifully maintained and safe--which is key to any property success. Absolutely love this community, would highly recommend this all inclusive property that offers, shopping, health, fitness and clubhouse with additional offerings to residents that live here.

They threatened to evict us because we couldnt move out on the timeline we had set because the people in our new place were buying a house and it was really delayed. Then, just to get an extension of a week, they charged us DOUBLE for the
