Was referred here by another attorney, to which Wilbanks Law Firm did not want to hear anything I had to say, advised me it would cost more than 5,000 dollars to even get a consultation. Female employee, who I did not get a name was very condescending and generally unpleasant. Do not reccomend dealing with this law firm in ANY aspect of your legal needs.

I was referred to-dis lawyer find a lawyer in Athens who is friends with my brother and he assured me that mr. Wilbanks would take care of my situation but that was not the case I called and I never would return my call and when they did they were very rude so in the end I ended up having to get another lawyer who I'm very happy with don't understand why they couldn't at least return my call to give me a yes or no whether to take my case what a way to run a law firm I should have saw the red flag from the beginning but I put my trust in this company but I do not recommend this attorney to anyone
