Sadly, Mike and echo factory have no clue about their own inability to compete with what's available in the medical practice web development arena. I hope no one will succumb to this sad agency which is clearly on its way out. Their former employees, gave me further insight into the dysfunctional organization which hires and fires people in quick succession. I went with a much more professional development team and now have a functional website which I love. AVOID this COMPANY, its clearly on its way out.
