In 1982, Medi Falsafi created American Blueprinting Company, to provide premium quality reprographic services to architects, engineers, and contractors. With a background in architecture and an MBA from Harvard Business School, he purchased printing equipment and set up shop. Medi's architectural knowledge made it easy for him to understand how to provide print solutions to the building design and construction industries.

I have been working directly with Tim for about three years and he has always been a pleasure. My orders typically require offset printing and we order batches of materials at varying times throughout the year, occasionally requiring rush service. The materials we receive are always flawless and Tim is very personable and accessible when I have questions or special requests! Happy to recommend him and the team!

I signed in on their Las Vegas website to get a quote. As you can clearly see on their website, they state to produce the product in the location that is closest to where you live.
I ordered with them, they produced the item in Washington, DC and charged me another $16.50 shipping costs (Item was $25) for their mistake!
Edit: I had to fight hard but eventually they solved the problem and refunded the shipping costs. That's why I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

I've been here a few times to scan my artwork and each time is worse, which is why I'm never going back again. Every time I go they change the prices depending on how they feel and claim they charge a $5 fee just for ink but scanning requires no ink! On top of the fact that they don't even know how to use their equipment. I've had to tell them specific details and even walk one of the employees through using the scanner. Its not like I'm scanning anything ridiculous just regular pages ripped out of my sketchbook, regular paper size. It's beyond ridiculous at this point

Updating again: manager called after I wrote the below review rectifying the situation in a few minutes by proving a reprint of the order and had them delivered within 24 hrs. Thanks
updating this review after my most recent encounter: had documents to print and specific instructions for cutting / folding. the folding of cardstock was not completed and I received the documents the day before I was leaving for meetings so could not have them rectify the issue. I had to set aside time to perform a sub standard job on something that should have been completed professionally. Their resolution was

ABC Imaging has the best turn around! ABC imaging has been great to work with. Their staff is personable and approachable. Each time I have given them a task, they have successfully executed it early. If they need clarification, they call/email back right away. This shows me that they want to ensure that they get the job done right the first time. They hit the bullseye every time. THANK YOU ABC!!!!

This is probably the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I only needed to print a 4-page document, for which they attempted to charge me a processing fee of $3.50 (opening a word document stored in a flash drive). Well, I needed the job done, so I agreed to paying the extra fee. When I pulled out my card, all I heard in a very abrasive manner was, "I cannot take your card for less than $10, I can either charge you $10 for 4 pages, or you go find cash!"

Was looking to make photocopies of some theatre sides to work on with a class mate, called to see if I could make black and white copies here. They said yes, at $0.10 a page. Went all the way over there to be told, they wouldn't make a photocopy of 5 pages of sides because of publishing rights, which is so ridiculous considering this was for personal study and not distribution .

Had the worst experience ever!!!!
First, they offered me a reasonable price, so I asked them to proceed the job.
But then, when it came to the payment, they doubled the price. WHAT??!!!
Further more, their machine had a problem, and the quality came out horrible!!!!

Excellent work. ABC Imaging provided our company, on several occasions, excellent work products, speed and efficiency, and all with great customer service. We recently had a fairly large order with a tight deadline. The order included over 1000 copies that needed to be folded and bound, large foam boards with special instructions, large papers, and other printouts. All were completed in the exact time frame specified. Nabil and Oscar are fantastic to work with.

ABC Imaging is not as easy 1,2,3. First of all, there are 3 different door options you can go into. One of which is off of Flower, but it is for employees only. The other one is off of Wilshire but in a corner and is locked as well. The third is inside the double doors to a tall office building. Took me about 5 minutes to pick the right one. When I told the manager what I needed he took me over to a lady's desk who would help me, who was on the phone at the time, and proceeded to remain on the phone for the next 7 minutes. After she got off the phone and helped me, she rang up the price which
