Have taken my pets, both dogs and cats, to this veterinary clinic for more than 20 years. The doctors have changed thru those years but I have found all the staff to be very warm and loving towards my pets. The Vets have taken excellent care of my aging pets and though I've moved further away, I continue to take my dogs there for regular care.

The vet staff here are all wonderful and compassionate! They each go above and beyond for the pets as well as their people, and always do what they believe is best for the fur-babies. It's also highly affordable, especially in these times. Couldn't recommend more.

This place is the real deal. Dr John Duncan is great Vet. He takes care of my baby for 2 years now and helped me thru with my babies cancer, physical, surgeries. He has a great knowledge about medicine. If your dog is sick, they always see them same day. He is very caring. I love their place and he is the best Vet.

AVOID if you have a PUREBREED are a BREEDER or don't want ANIMAL CONTROL CALLED on you for having fleas, not being groomed to perfection, or having any illness that you have sought them out for and paid to help you with. And if your views don't align with theirs, beware! You will be lectured coming in the door by the intake, during exam process by the doctor and a five minute finale lecture when you check out just in case you did not get the message the first two times. WHY EVEN TAKE THE CHANCE? There are so many other vets to choose from. Take my advice and take a pass on this one.

I had been taking my 13 years old ShihTzu to Rose animal hospital until she got really sick and I called them for an emergency visit and they told me they didn't have time to see her and I should look for an other Hospital so I called Winters Chapel Animal Hospital and they promptly took her in. It was the best thing that happened to us because they treated her and they also recommended an ultrasound and surgery for her lumps in the belly. I had been taking her to Rose Animal hospital since the first little lump and they just told me to follow up, the lumps were huge and they wouldn't

Winters Chapel AH is great. Dr. Duncan and his staff are friendly and highly competent. I like that the staff always greet Chunk by name when we walk-in . The vet techs are gentle and efficient. It is easy to get appointments with the doctor. We rarely, if ever, have a wait to see the doctor. I highly recommend Winters Chapel AH.

We have been getting our animals cared for here for a long time. The staff are wonderful and are very caring about the pets. Our kitty has asthma attack and we were able to get an appointment right away. The doctor takes the time to answer our questions and makes sure we are aware of what is going on with our pet. I would definitely recommend this vet to everyone.

Last week Iker visited Winters Chapel, my little one presented fever, vomits and diarrhea. He felt pretty bad. Dr. Duncan tested him for parvovirus, with fortunately gave negative result. Now, he's in home, with a treatment prescript to fight bacteria and parasites. Thanks so much Dr. Duncan for care my baby.

It's unfortunate that this is the closest veterinary clinic that I have now that I moved to this area. I took my dog with an emergency in her back. I was told that I needed an appointment, the attitude of the front lady was awful, you can tell she didn't want to help. I visited this clinic around 2 years ago and I had a good experience, I don't know why they changed so much. They let me go with my dog in pain, they asked me to come back at 1pm and it was 9 am when I arrived there. There was only one person in the waiting room. I drove to my last veterinary clinic in Sandy Springs

We love it there. The staff is friendly and familiar, the facility homey. My Akita begins to cry with excitement whenever we drive up for a week-end stay. He loves the ho-hum attitude of the couple of cats that greet us in the lobby, the only time he is allowed to examine cats nose to nose. I always tell them, "I don't know what you're doing to him but he loves to board here." And the staff handles his 100 lbs. of excitement with aplomb. Gail

Ever since I've moved to the area I have been taking my little dog here. The service is really good but the place inside could be a little cleaner. Don't really like the fact that they let their cats just roam around all willy nilly. My dog always gets anxious coming here because of the environment but it is convenient and I do believe they know what they're doing.
The receptionist always remembers our last visit and she's excellent. The actual vet is a little cold but most doctors/vets are to me.. Never have to wait long to be seen and we are usually in and out. The vet bill
