Reached out to her over a month ago regarding a photo shoot for my daughter. She informed me the day I wanted was booked. I sent an email the same day asking availability never heard back. She does great photos don’t get me wrong but the professionalism is not there at all. My maternity photos she took she posted them to her Instagram before I even saw them. It took forever to get ahold of her to get my photos. I should have learned from the first time unprofessional !

I have been trying to get a hold of Jennifer and she has not returned my call, it has been a total of 6 months with 2 months of ignoring my call completely. I misplaced my picture release and she will not give me a copy I feel I have been more than patient. I even sent her screen shoots of all the pictures I purchased along with the numbers on the cd. Horrible customer service.
