Services
ALB01 Construction has been serving New Jersey with quality home improvement since 2003. With our established reputation, we offer a variety of exteriorproducts for roofing, siding, gutters, and chimney installation and repairs. Our specialized crews are comprised of industry professionals who are experts in their fields.
In general, most New Jersey roofs need to be replaced every 15 to 25 years due to normal wear and tear. However, some situations demand early replacement: building code changes, damage caused by severe weather, manufacturer defects, and so on. Occasionally roofing will leak due to some level of improper installation.
ALB01 Construction offers prompt, professional roof repair in New Jersey. Whether you have wind damaged shingles, rain damage that has taken its toll, or leaks, we're here to help. If you have homeowner's insurance and your roof is determined to be damaged, you can file a claim and have your roof replaced for the cost of your deductible.
A good rule of thumb is; if the leak appears on every rain or during melting snow then it's a roof leak, if the leak appears intermittently, it's a chimney or chimney flashing leak. An intermittent leak, which is a leak that does not appear on every rain, is caused when wind blows rain from a certain direction against a failure in the chimney or chimney flashing.
Your chimney, literally, takes a lot of heat. It sits up high at the top of your house, exposed to wind, rain, moisture and extreme temperatures day in and day out. Even the best constructed chimneys will require repairs and maintenance over time. Most chimneys are built out of brick and mortar. These materials are porous by nature and will break down over time.
