This place is pretty over priced not to mention they try and charge for things you don't even need. Be careful I'd you come here. The only reason I came was because were from out of town and it was the only tire shop open on Saturdays. The two people who paid before me both complained about the price of services for something they didn't ask for. They add charges to your bill stating it's mandatory.

Outstanding service--fast, courteous and efficient. They saved me $400 by finding a way to repair a slow leak in my run-flat tires, which others said could not be repaired.
F.D. (Dave) Gross, Assistant Store Manager, was especially helpful. When I first called, he told me they were quite busy at that time, but if I called back in a hour, it should be less busy. When I called back, he asked me to come right away, and I had zero waiting time for them to take in my car. The work was completed exactly within the time window they gave me.

This place is great, I came in with what I thought was a slow leak in my tire, they got it to the diagnostic test in less than 20 minutes and plugged it for me. I sat in the waiting room, drink coffee, and watched the news, and chatted with the nice guy behind the counter. The repair was quick and easy, and I couldn't be more pleased!!

It was a Good Day at Goodyear. Went in for just an oil change and must say these guys are pretty damm quick compared to other places. Watching Dave and Wayne run the counter was a lesson in customer service. They greeted every person that walked through the door and had a solution for any issue other customers were having. I'll def be back for any maintenance needed and would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

I was getting my battery tested. From the start the man at the counter was trying to sell me a new battery - even prior to the completion of the diagnostic. I did in fact need a new battery and was given a quote. I said that I wanted to consult with my boyfriend before making a purchase. He asked why I couldn't just buy it and then said, "You said it was your boyfriend - not your husband or your daddy! That's not a healthy relationship." After this I asked for my vehicle and left. Another gentleman, came to apologize for this interaction, but the damage is done. I will NEVER

Dave was exceptional in assisting me with my flat tire. He went above and beyond to explain the details of the installation of purchasing a new tire along with various price options. I appreciate his kindness and his effort to make me feel comfortable with my purchase before and after. Also, someone named John helped me when I needed to throw something away and has one hell of a sence of humor! Great place. The two gentlemen are lovely. Highly Recommended and very satisfied !

Excellent service. Dave G. was very patient and helpful with fixing my Goodyear account after mounting and balancing 4 Goodyear Assurance tires and a front end alignment. All was good except that if you do not use your Goodyear account for 12 months, the account deactivates and you have to create another account.
Note: The Goodyear account division should at least give 24 months of inactivity before deactivating the account.
All fixed thanks to Dave G. and we were on our way. Thanks again....for 12 months

Outstanding and quick service! I showed up with a blown tire. I was told how many people ahead of me and the expected wait time. Both were accurate and I was in and out in about 45 minutes without an appointment!
The staff was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. They did not try to push me into any services but the one needed.
I will now go here for all tire issues, oil changes, and any other small repairs.

First place I have not felt inferior when getting car repairs - free punctured tire repair ALWAYS, free tire rotation & oil change for less than $25 please patronize this honest business!

I've been a customer for several years. They have great service most of the time. People tend to trust the Goodyear name. But I always feel that they up sell yo when to are there. The tires for my 2006 Titan cost about $250 each and really don't last that long. A good mechanic is hard to find and this place does a decent job

They are located across the street from where I work so I utilized their shuttle service.
The shuttle service made it all worth it. When my car was ready, they called before they picked me up. I had a coupon so the oil change cost around $20.
They did a brake inspection which they were honest about and informed me about the difference between ceramic and metal.
Staff was super friendly.
