Wow I cannot believe its over. My wife and I started our Chapter 13, 4 years ago and just completed it. It was not easy and then again it was not hard. We still had money to live a normal life and vacations. They consolidated everything and came up with a payment that one could make and still survive. My advice to anyone is do not lie to yourself. I have been very happy with the service I received at Mr. Eron Epstein’s office. Amanda was very helpful and concerned. After walking to the office, I was hurting. She told me that I would need help getting back to my car. This was the first day when I signed up for bankruptcy. When I left the office, Gene helped me walk to the courthouse where I sat down. He went and got my car from the garage. Filing for bankruptcy is traumatic enough in itself, but having rheumatoid arthritis just added to the trauma. The entire process was very simple, straightforward and effective. The office made it very easy for me by sending reminders via text/email of things I needed to take care of based on the time-line of my case. This office is a joke they never return phone calls or emails and when we get to court they mess up on the paperwork so it screwed me over with a higher payment plan that I can't afford when I told them the numbers didn't make any sense from what I figure out and when I told them they mess up they finally stop talking to me I fired him and had to hire another attorney to fix this big mess they got me to it took 6 time back to court too fix it but I regret filing bankruptcy because it just made everything worst it didn't help at all in this case because to many mistakes were made

The lack of customer service is amazing! They do not return phone calls or emails when you have questions. You have to get rude in order to get anything done. If your appointment is at 9 then go ahead and plan on being there all day with an excuse of 'someone is absent'. Every appointment has been like this. When I asked to speak to the office manage they would not even give me the person's last name with the response that 'the first name should be sufficient' and that the office manager does not have an email. Unbelievable lack of professionalism.

The ABSOLUTE Worst!!! I go in his office because I was desperate I'm in debt up to my neck and this was my last option!!! They seemed friendly as if they were going to help me. For starters my appointment was at 1 I wasn't seen until 2:30 which made me late for work I was sent back and forth to the lobby! FINALLY got in to see the lawyer I had more debt than I knew about then he said he felt I was lying and would pass on my case.
