This project was an addition to an existing building called the MAC or multipurpose activity center. In this activity center, there is a basketball court, classrooms, and a cafe. For this project, we did an interior and exterior facelift on the building. We brought life back into this aging building by updating the kitchen, sanctuary, and lobby area.
Village Wines is located in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country. This tenant improvement included a complete buildout from an empty space into a functional bar and tasting room equipped with a kitchen, lounge, and a banquet room for private parties. DeLille Cellars is a tenant improvement of an existing building converted into a tasting room and office space.
Ryan GC specializes in Design-Build of all types of construction including churches, schools, fitness facilities, retail facilities, remodels, and tenant improvements. The majority of our contracts are in Washington State, but we have performed several projects in Alaska, California, Idaho and Oregon.

Jason Martin one of Ryan's Superintendents is pleasure to work with. He is honest, excellent communicator, and professional. We had some issues with another subcontractor on the Alderwood Community Church project that really affected my work as the painter. Jason did everything he could to help us through that. Also Bill Lentz the project manager approved all of our extra work and change orders. The guy is also super easy to work with. I plan to do more painting with Ryan GC. I would recommend them to any subcontractor.
