Joseph Freeman was raised in Centreville, Alabama and is a graduate of Bibb County High School. He received his bachelor's degree in Exercise Sports Science from The University of Alabama in 2009. During this time, he helped as an assistant coach of The University of Alabama men's wheelchair basketball team.
Many people wonder if it is healthy for children to receive chiropractic care and the short answer is yes! It's healthy for EVERYONE. Children, like adults can benefit greatly from an optimally functioning nervous system. For kids, chiropractic care is necessary for proper development of a child's spine.
Heart Condition - If you've had a heart attack or cardiovascular disease, you'll need to bring a copy of your last stress test. Medications - List all the prescription medicines you take, including strength and dosage. If you regularly take over-the-counter medications such as antacids or allergy pills, list them, too.
If you are in pain when you come into our office, our priority is to reduce your pain and start feeling better as soon as possible. The level of severity of the underlying condition causing your pain will determine how many visits it will take to start feeling better. During the corrective phase of chiropractic care, muscles and other tissues are allowed to heal more completely, which helps prevent further injury or pain.

My family and I just relocated to the Tuscaloosa area and were very pleased to find Freeman Chiropractic. Thus far we have only met Dr. Joseph but he alone made up our mind that Freeman Chiropractic would be our family's chiropractor. The office is nice and clean, reception is courteous and professional. Dr. Joseph did a thorough exam and his adjustment for my four year old and myself were wonderful. We instantly felt pressure relieved. My husband will be starting as a wellness patient soon. We highly recommend Freeman Chiropractic.

Absolutely love Freeman Chiropractic! Dr. Joseph has done a fantastic job on my back and neck. He takes the time to explain what he's doing and what it's going to take in order to realign my neck and lower back. He and Dr. Rachel are super friendly and make you feel like family. The Dr. Rachel and Dr. Joseph are a wonderful team. Their combined knowledge and expertise help provide the best care for their patients. They do not stop at the mere alignment of the spine. Freeman chiropractic uses a holistic approach to health from a healthy diet to easily accessible massage therapy. Many of the self care exercises they show their patients utilize simple household items instead of costly inaccessible machines.
