Really unprofessional and just not helpful at all about closing a case. At first they said I could get a refund back to my account and now they won't do it nor would they giving me something in writing saying that I'm eliminated from the case. They don't care about us citizens being taken advantaged by illegal immigrants that just want a citizenship out of a marriage. instead they take that money and help them and rip you off. Not fair at all and just really crooked. they take your money and ignore your emails.
