The only reason this is getting 3 stars is for the staff that handled my original signing up. They were very courteous and friendly. That being said the nasty woman who just handled my phone call when I tried to pay my bill should be reminded to handle customers with a little more Customer Service attitude. Wished I had gotten her name but I was due back to work and had to gove my information quickly.
I'm in CS and I would NEVER talk like that to a PAYING customer. I expect better from a big company like State Farm!!
