Services
We are a licensed real estate brokerage and we charge a commission fee no less than 1 months rent to represent a tenant in locating and negotiating for the rental of real property. No fees are due until a lease is signed. Our fee is waived only in the event a Landlord has hired us to to represent them in locating a tenant and/or have agreed to pay our brokerage fee.

I contacted property pros and was put in touch with (Sharice Pegram) i had no idea she would change the way I thought about buying a home. She put me and my wife at ease the very first time we talked and basically everything we talked about from start to finish came to fruition even when a major bump was encountered. It was like Sharice knew us and what we wanted in buying a home. Her interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as understanding real estate laws were top notch.
