After receiving her bachelor's degree from Tuskegee University, Dr. Fletcher went on to start her chiropractic studies at Life University in Atlanta, Georgia. After two years of studies she transferred to Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas to complete her Doctorate of Chiropractic. While at TCC she studied with the postgraduate division to earn her certification in Acupuncture.
Most of the time, the main needle-insertion points are on the lower legs, or arms, so wearing loose-fitting clothing is fine. Sometimes you will be asked to put on a gown if work on your back, upper legs or torso is needed. You may experience a slight sharp sensation during insertion depending where the needles are placed.
